My goal is to help you incorporate mindfulness into your skincare routine for you to better understand the condition of your skin and how it feels, ultimately achieving a healthy balance within.

I have always felt a calling for human connection and with an interest in mental processes and behavior I received my bachelors in Psychology at Whittier College. While attending undergrad I was a devoted makeup artist that always found more fascination in skin preparation, which sparked my early interest in skincare. The moment I attended Career Academy of Beauty for esthetics the enthusiasm poured out of me. I graduated top of my class with honors, set school records and even received a perfect attendance award, obsessed much? I think yes lol !

Aside from Mindful Esthetics I am also an esthetician at the Tenaya Stone Spa located in Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel where I have been given two 5 star ratings by Forbes Travel Guide for my exceptional performance. My goal for your service is to provide the same level of luxury and comfort, as well as in depth education and knowledge about skincare for you to understand these sensations with a patient, logical, and open mind.

A favorite author of mine, Brené Brown once said “What we know matters, but who we are matters more.” With that being said, be kind to yourself and your skin, it isn’t a problem to be fixed, but a part of you to be cherished and cared for, to be listened to and experienced.
